Pricing

It is free right now, and we have not decided on a price.

Nobody has paid for Respondu yet. Putting a neat three-column pricing table here would suggest otherwise, so here is the actual arrangement instead.

While it is in early access — free

No card, no countdown, nothing held back for a higher tier. We are adding people a few at a time while sign-in goes through Google’s review, which is the real reason the group is small.

What we would ask instead Tell us when a draft is wrong. That is the only thing that makes it better, so an early user who complains is worth far more to us than one who is quietly polite.

Later on — we will tell you first

When there is something worth paying for, we will tell you the price and ask, and invoice you directly. Nothing gets charged to a card you left on file, because we are not going to ask you for one before then.

Why there is no price yet Building a payment system before anybody wants to pay is wasted effort. When there is a price, it will be on this page, in numbers.

Two things worth knowing before you join

There is a shared daily limit YouTube limits how much any app can do in a day, and that allowance is shared across everybody using Respondu. We hold some of it back for posting replies, so that reading through a big back catalogue cannot use it all up. We cannot promise you a particular number, and we would rather say that now than when you run into it.
You will need to reconnect weekly Until Google finishes reviewing our sign-in, the permission you give expires after about a week, so you will have to reconnect your channel now and again. It is the most irritating thing about early access, and it goes away once the review is done.

Free, and small on purpose.

Tell us what you make or sell, and roughly how many comments you get, and we will know where you fit in the queue.

One email when there is room. What we do with your address.
